Ordering & Production
How does Everbe create and ship products?
Every item is made to order through our production partner, Tapstitch. Your piece isn’t sitting in a warehouse — it’s created specifically for you, ensuring quality, care, and no waste.
How long does production take?
Production usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on the item.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders go into production quickly. If you need to adjust or cancel, contact us immediately. Changes may only be possible in the first few hours after purchase.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Once your item is produced, typical delivery times are:

Australia: 5–12 business days

New Zealand: 7–15 business days

USA / Canada: 5–12 business days

UK / Europe: 7–15 business days

Rest of world: 10–20 business days
These are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, customs, or seasonal demand.
Where is my order shipped from?
Tapstitch uses multiple fulfilment centres worldwide. Your order is sent from the nearest available location to reduce delivery time.
Will I receive tracking?
Yes. A tracking link will be emailed once your order ships.
Why did my order arrive in separate packages?
Some items may ship separately depending on which Tapstitch facility has the product available.
Products & Sizing
Are your size guides accurate?
Yes — each product includes a detailed size chart directly from Tapstitch.
We strongly recommend checking measurements before ordering.
What if my item doesn’t fit?
Because each item is printed on demand, we cannot accept returns for incorrect sizing.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll replace it.
What materials do you use?
Fabric details and product specifications are listed on each item page. Tapstitch uses high-quality materials, premium prints, and durable construction.
